Good greif 1st day is 33 working sets, then hitting the same muscles again 3 days later

Just the workouts. I think I'm up for it, I've run advanced programs before without dying. If I feel like I'm going to get hurt I'll just take a day off and push everything back. It's not written that I saw, but you're supposed to limit your rest periods to 45 seconds.  :o

Yeah I read a little of it and it said the only rest between sets should be changing the weights. LOL!!!

I typically do 26-30 sets during every workout and will hit the same muscles 2-3 days later, so far so good.

I just ran the 1st day, 33 sets in 1 hour 15 minutes including warm up and stretch, not bad at all. I could see breaking up the session into two 40 minute sessions, just for ease. No way I can workout for 75 minutes on my lunchbreak.

Another thing I like about this program is that I can do any of the days in my basement. I guess when Arnold created it he only had access to pretty old-school stuff.
