Been doing dumbbell BORs instead. I feel like I can get more muscle activation that way

 I find I'm at that phase as well. Anything else is merely a chore! I will do accessory stuff, but not because I think it's great but because it will help me overall with my major lifts...and even then! I love to dead and I love to squat, that's it for the most part. I HATE bench, working arms directly, and anything cardio related.

 But shit needs to be done, it's like scrubbing the toilet after dropping a nuke.

For Lat work I always do two horizontal pulls, and two vertical pulls.  Proof is in the pudding.
