Back day today.  I could not lift today.  Rough one.  I did a couple of exercises, then went for a walk on the treadmill.

Close-grip Pulldowns:
90 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10

Seated Cable Rows:
105 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10

Cardio:
Treadmill, 20 minutes

Crazy cold out there.  Deeeeep freeze.

I'm making chicken tonight with a baked pasta to go with.

Glad it's the weekend.  Bench on Sunday.

Have you thought of using 1.25lb plates to incrementally increase weight?

Deadlift day.  I did better than my last session.  A PR of 215 and some triples of 185 at the end.  I wanted to do 5 sets, but truly could not bring myself to do another.  I was beat.
