Yay!  It's finally Friday!  This has not been the best week at work, so I am glad it is over.  I am also glad that I got an opportunity to hit the gym again this morning.  I didn't feel like it - I actually felt rather ghastly this morning - but I knew I needed to go.

Close-grip Pulldowns:
90 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10

Seated Cable Rows:
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
105 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10

Hammer Strength Iso Lateral High Rows:
55 x 10
70 x 8
70 x 8
70 x 8
70 x 8
70 x 8

Cardio:
None today, but a solid 40-minute constitutional yesterday.

It's a long weekend up here, Family Day on Monday.  I'm making a beer baked rigatoni for dinner.

Happy Weekending, All!

Ah, man, well at least you didn't give up right away on the 125 attempts!  Great effort.

Lately I haven't been able to replicate or beat a PR the next week.  If I get a bench press PR, my next bench session will be a bit weaker, and I have to wait until the 2nd or 3rd week afterwards to get back in PR range.
PRs:
OHP 140 - 8/27/15
BP 245 - 4/7/17
DL 345 - 8/26/15
Squat - ugh
Leg Press 670x2 - 12/10/15

Good push on the bench Lisa! These things happen, Trust me I'm dealing with the same issue on DL's

Progress isn't always linear.  You are doing great.  Within the next few weeks or month, you'll be smashing right past that weight.  Eventually, it'll be a warmup for you.  Keep it up.

Well I'll commiserate with you then.  ;D  We'll keep each other patient.

Very good volume, GJ!

Thanks!  Those last sets are a devil.  Ugh!

Squats today.  I managed to squat 185 which is my PR from before I stopped training.  Now I need to get busy.

Squats:
BW x 6
Bar x 6
95 x 6
115 x 6
135 x 6
155 x 5
165 x 3
175 x 3
185 x 1
185 x 1
135 x 6
135 x 6
135 x 6

That was it.  Out of time.

Prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin for dinner tonight.

It's really cold out today.  I have so much work to do, but this weather makes me want to curl up with a good book and a cuppa.

Epic session this morning.

I like to watch the sheepish looks from guys that can't squat as much as you.  LOL.

That first single at 185 was the shit. 225 soon......:)
