^I should do this yoga practice at least once a week.  Amazing how deep it goes.

^^ I know these feels.  I keep defaulting back to push press, and justifying it by saying I'm handling more weight that way.  But the fact is I'm just terrible at strict OHP  ;D  Very hard lift.  You're putting up great numbers!
