Nice work getting back in to the gym.  Hope your lower back pain isn't too serious.

Thanks Andrew, I really hope so.  I am not very well prepared for this meet.  If I improve just 5 lbs per lift, I think I'll be happy given my inconsistent training the last couple of months.

I am happy I was able to do this today.  My last deadlift session was awful as I had such terrible back pain.  The session before that was March 3rd!  I really didn't have high hopes for today.  Had some discomfort and twinges in the early sets, but was able to keep going.  My last sets at 215 were not very pretty, but I got them.
