Ermagerd, it's freaking December already.  I have so much to do.

Close-grip Pulldowns:
90 x 10
105 x 8
105 x 8
105 x 8

Seated Cable Rows:
90 x 10
120 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8

Felt heavy has heck, but both these exercises really stretch me out and I love that.  Joints, muscles, everything feels better, and I think I even breathe better.

My boss sent me this yesterday.  She said it made her think of the both of us, because this is very much how we work.  And I thought to myself that this applies to the gym, home, work, just about every area of life.

I make mine by cutting pizza dough into long 1.5 inch wide strips and rolling up (sliced lengthwise) fully cooked Italian sausage, partially cooked onions and peppers and mozzarella cheese so it's almost a ball, bake and serve with warm marinara.

great, now I'm hungry.

Sounds delicious! Happy to report the sausage rolls were great.  I have to figure out timing, but I will make them for Christmas Eve.
