No records set today.  I wasn't particularly powerful.  But I have to say that I am glad I got up and did this workout, as I feel it really loosened me up and stretched me out.

Hey thanks!  I brought it down, then I started thinking about it "Egads! 175 lbs!  What the hell am I thinking?!"  and that was it.  I held it on my chest too long and couldn't bring it back up.  lol...

I wasn't going to go to the gym today, but I did and I'm glad.

Squats:

I didn't wrap today - I just used my sleeves.  I didn't think I would be lifting very heavy today so I figured why bother wrapping.  But I did okay in the end, I guess.

Turning heads all morning, as usual.

That 250 attempt was solid.  I think if you had descended a bit quicker you would have gotten it.

3 badass dudes walk in covered in tattoos acting like they owned the place and half-squatting 95 lbs.  LMAO

Dude next to you using the same weight as you on your 205 triples (and I think you did 3 sets not 2) and half-squatting as well.

Miss Lisa kicking ass in the squat rack like a boss with legit competition worthy depth at 51 yrs old.
