It's great to see your journal updated on the regular, there are only 1 or 2 other women in here that update regularly.  You're doing a great job and really progressing quite well.

It's great to see your journal updated on the regular, there are only 1 or 2 other women in here that update regularly.  You're doing a great job and really progressing quite well.

Reverse Band Squats:

Really liking the reverse band squats.  They help me focus on bar placement and footing, as I'm not so worried about getting back up again.
