Everything was good besides the two attempts at 225.

You'll get it next week.  :)

Aw, thanks Mr Flexy.  :)

I know you struggled with the heavy stuff today, but good job sticking it out and grinding out a gazillion reps with 95.

I think you're awesome.

Lisa!  Still killing it in the gym, I see!  Really looking forward to lifting with you guys again in a couple of months  8)

Oh man, that sounds fun but all I can think of is how quickly I would break my leg.  No, probably both legs.  I am so uncoordinated  ;D

Thanks for telling me about this site.

We are so delighted to have you here!  Less traffic than bb.com, for sure, but the folks who are here are serious lifters and really supportive.  I hope you stick around, as I'm sure I can learn a thing or two from you!  ;)

Thanks, my Lady!  I am really stressing about April.  Training has been less than consistent, and I have not even once matched my lifts from August.  I will be down one weight class, but not the two that I had hoped for.  To top it off, December, Jan, Feb and March are my busiest months at work.  Ugh.  But it will be good to see you and everybody else in April.   :)

Aw, don't stress, you'll do great!  And it will be fun  :)

I'm really impressed that you got down a weight class especially over the holidays, you are a better woman than I am for being able to do that  ;D  If I were to show up to the meet today, I'd be UP a weight class (argh!), my bench would be down, and I might or might not be able to squat any weight without falling over lol.  I think I ask myself before every meet if maybe I should just show up and deadlift.   ::)
