Since my last entry here, I worked out twice:  December 16 and January 2.  Back at it with squats today.  I spent a lot of time stretching and warming up.  Didn't get very heavy, but I worked hard and had good depth.

115 x 6
155 x 6
175 x 3
185 x 2
185 x 3
185 x 3
185 x 3

I'll be able to train tomorrow and Thursday, not sure about Friday yet.
