Work got in the way and I missed deadlifting session.  Returned for a bench session today.  Still weak.  Really frustrated.  Tired of being hungry, tired of being weak, tired of not sleeping, tired of being grumpy.

Bench Press:
45 x 10
75 x 8
85 x 8
95 x 8
105 x 6
110 x 5
115 x 2
120 x 3
125 x 1
125 x 1
130 x fail
115 x 2
105 x 6
105 x 6
105 x 6
105 x 6

That's it.

Aww... I gave my husband warning that the next 6 weeks he is just going to have to overlook my mood if I go into bitch mode. LOL!! Going from eating what I want and having beer when I want to limiting and monitoring everything I eat is going to put me in a pissy mood. Especially the no beer part :doh:

^I was playing a little game with myself to see how high I could go.  My forearms gave out at 165 x 5

Hammer Strength Iso Lateral High Rows:
70 x 10
70 x 10
70 x 10
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8

Cardio:
Rowing machine, 20 minutes.  This was much harder than I anticipated.

That's all.  Shoulders tomorrow, I think.

Thanks!  Don't you find though, that these cable things vary from one to another?  I noticed a difference from the rows I was doing at our old gym compared to this gym.  I suppose the tension varies.

Yes they are absolutely different. I guess it has to do with the numbers of pulleys the machine uses.
