Squat session today.  Not bad.  The 215 was pretty solid.  Don't know what happened in my head that I failed the 225.  No excuse.

Crazy busy at work, and life is getting very busy too.  Really in need of a vacation, and counting the days.

I am pooped.  I am not making great gains.  A nice smooth 135 still eludes me.  But I try to add reps where I can.

Deadlift day.  I got almost 7 hours' sleep last night, but I was a sleepy head this morning.  I dozed off on the 10-minute drive to the gym.  I must have yawned 6 times just setting up for my first set. 

Not the strongest I've ever been, but I did my best.

Deadlifts:

155 x 6
175 x 4 (lost my grip - time to chalk up)
185 x 3
205 x 1
215 x 1
215 x 1
225 x 1
225 x 1

185 x 3 (oops - I hit the post of the rack with the bar)

I remember when 185 for a single was a good day for you.  Now look at you rocking out multiple sets of 5.

More and more I see heads turning when you lift.

One dude was on the calf machine today watching one of your sets of 5 with 185 with eyes wide.

Part of me wanted to smack him, but also I was proud of you.   8)

LOL.. you're too funny.  I didn't notice.  But yes, I remember the day I hit 185.  I guess I need to remember that more often.
