**Stuff...**Missed the last 2 days due to business travel, so I did a mish-mash of stuff today.

Went very well.

Made some meagre progress on pulldowns, solid bench session, and pulled a rabbit out of my gym bag by getting a long-sought-after PR on shoulder press of 185 lbs.

Mind = Blown.

Finished up with some gurly arm work.

Nice end to the week.
