Yep. Starting to rethink another beer at night and getting more sleep/better workout.

Porch drinking is hard to quit early, when it's dark & cold out early bedtime is more attractive.

Squaterday

Squats have been shit the last couple months due to knee and hip pain.  Knee seems 100% back to normal; hip is questionable but today was my first day doing 4 plates and better since mid July.
