Had some fun with a few little twinks that were in the boxing area and decided to play some shit rap/hip hop music on one of their phones for everyone to hear.  I hate that shit.  The gym plays music.  It sucks most of the time but it sucks more when other people play shit over top of it.

So I got my phone out, put some particularly angry and obnoxious metal on, turned the volume all the way up, walked over and put my phone right next to them with the speaker facing them, then went back to my squat rack and lifted.

I'm benching twice a week.

One high rep day and one low rep day.

I think maybe I'll swap out bench for dumbbells on the high rep day.
