Well, dude that works at my gym told me today that the fat power bar I always use for benching and squats is 55 lbs, not 45.  So I'm not quite as week as I thought I was....

Did squats yesterday but I wasn't really feeling it.  No wrapped or belted sets and only got up to 435 for a few singles. Blah.
