Alarm set for 4:45am.  Bottle of caffeine pills on nightstand and a 5 hour energy and a quick shower.

Really getting up early is not the hard part.  The hard part is having the discipline to go to bed early enough.

How much extra do you think you get out of the slingshot? I just started using one and am kind of curious how it relates to a true 1RM

I would strongly suggest testing out, not just throwing 30 lbs on.

For me it's about 10% of my max. Actually a bit less.
