Vacation day workout.  :)

Went to World Gym and did some back and biceps.

Gazillion sets of pulldowns and meadows rows to 160 for a bunch of triples.  Then some Scott curls reverse preacher bench.

Taking Miss Lisa out for a postworkout pint and some grub now.  :D
