Well, fucked up and slept in again this morning (Wednesday too) so no training today.

Off to Punta Cana tomorrow at 6am with my gurl for 9 days of sun & fun.  Next training session will likely be June 27.

We're staying at a 5 star resort that looks beautiful, but the photos of the gym show only treadmills and shit like that so I doubt I will get any weight training in.

Asta la vista, motherfuckers!!!!!

Actually looked again for pics of gym and looks like they have a rack of dumbbells and one bench with a proper bar and some plates (only saw two 45s.  LOL).

So might do a couple quickie bench sessions.  :)

Upper Back Day: pulldowns, pulldowns, and more pulldowns, followed by Meadows rows to 125lbs then just for fun did some light machine hammer curls.

Benched Saturday in the garage.  It was rough; only worked up to singles at 275 and no slingshot.

Benched again on the holiday Monday in the garage. Pretty much a carbon copy of Saturday's session.

Back to the gym today for deadlifts.  First DL session since before my vacation.  Triples through 405 chalk only and singles to 505 with a belt.

Hopefully I can put this bad funk behind me and get back to lifting heavy again....

Seated BTN press:  Worked up to a single at 185.

Shrugs on the standing calf machine: 5 sets of 12 whole stack; 187.5 kg.

Deadlifts this morning and it was a shit-show, but I knew it would be.  Was still wrecked yesterday form squats on Sunday and I didn't have a great sleep last night.

Triples through 365, then singles to 425, belted singles at 455 and 475.  Holy Fuck.

I need a new sport...
