We'll see.  Both shoulders felt like shit yesterday.

Tomorrow is volume bench day so I won't get near that max.  I'll see how things go next Saturday.

Why didn't you pucker up and do dumbbells instead -because powerlifting?

Keep in mind I start lifting at 6am on weekdays and it always hurts when I start.  Some times the pain goes away after a few sets; some times it doesn't.

Considering what you were able to do last bench session, I'd say you pushed this one pretty hard.  Back to back great sessions are rare for us old dudes so what you were able to do and how you felt might be expected.

So fucking pissed off.  Was having a decent deadlift session this afternoon then b00m! pulled something in my left hamstring.

Ended the session and no idea how bad it is or wtf is going on.  Not fucking happy.
