Lsst night I completed STronger in 30 Days (Week 1) as follows:

Bench Press  5-135, 4-160, 2-195, 1-225, 4 sets of 6 @ 240

Bench Press (Reactive SlingShot)  3x3 @ 260

Tri-set:
Band Facepulls (orange band) 4 sets of 20
Upright Rows  4 sets of 8 @ 95
Kettlebell French Press 4 sets of 12 @ 44

Multi-Grip Chins  4 sets of 10

Bodyweight: 216.8 Pounds (Down 6.4 pounds from 223.2 on 7/1)

Workout Duration: 0:42:40.89 h:mm:ss.ms (with 1:00 rest between sets)

This morning I completed 531 Concurrent Training (C44_2D) as follows:

(Max Effort)
SSB 18" Box Squats  3-126, 3-160, 3-190, 3-225, 3-250, 3-285, 3-305, 3x3 @ 225 (FSL Sets)
Superset with:
Band Facepulls (purple band)  7 sets of 15

(Dynamic Effort)
Hex Bar Deadlifts  1-135, 1-225, 8 sets of 1 @ 295

Decline Situps  3 sets of 12
Superset with:
Weighted Hypers  3 sets of 15 @ 50

Bodyweight: 215.6 Pounds (Down 7.6 pounds from 223.2 on 7/1)

Workout Duration: 0:41:37.24 h:mm:ss.ms (with 1:00 rest between sets)

I've had a couple of good workouts.  Last night's bench workout felt very good.  The weight was lower than last week so I was able to focus more on good fast reps.  The assistance work after that really gave me a good upper body pump.

Today's squat workout also felt good.  I did some good fast hex bar deadlifts (8 sets of 1) and that should be all the pulling I do ahead of Sunday's meet.  Between now and then I'll probably do one more bench workout but that's it.
