Chins, pullups, whatever the flavor, I am horrible at them.  I can do 8 good ones at one time, but if I'm to do them in straight sets, the numbers drop from set to set.  I need to get back on them.

X5 or 6 on Squats, I didn't start working out until 2010 so obviously zero experience with squats. Add in the extreme tightness in my hip area as well as knee pain that flairs up every damn time I do squats and it's a recipe for simply hating them and ultimately just giving up on the lift. Zercher and goblet squats are no problem though.

I can't bench anything with free weights decently, my shoulders scream, so when I do bench with free weights I use light ones.

We have to pick just one?

They seem to rotate based on my motivation and goals. As a weak movement gets better, something else gets worse.

Don't laugh.  Face pulls.  Seriously. I'm working pretty much every possible muscle group EXCEPT rear delts and upper back when I do face pulls.  I'm the Elaine Benes of face pulls.

OHP with DB's and DB rows.  The movements don't feel right and I feel more comfortable using the BB instead.

Deadlifts are the flavor of the month for me. Can't progress these for anything. I actually think they are getting worse  >:(

Dreadlifts.

Why?

Because of my lack of brain function during the cues to fix my form.

But once the form is sorted out. I will pick another lift to hate.

It has to be squats for me, every time I start upping the weight I have a disc bulge & I'm laid up for a week. I'm doing belt squats, lunges and sissy squats at the moment.
