Great stuff Ron, isn't leg drive great??!!  Makes a huge difference once you learn how to use it.  You'll find your lifts will start going up as the leg drive will help you get out of the hole faster.  That's one issue I used to suffer from was getting the weight stuck on my chest, but once I dig in with my feet the weight goes right up.

The only time I can usually get 9 is if the kids are the grandparents house.

I live alone and I never get 9 hours of sleep. I might lie in bed for 9 hours from Saturday night into Sunday morning but no way could I sleep that long.

Our parents aren't anywhere close for us to send the lil one
I'd love to see 9 hours of sleep. Lucky you

Yes and it's weird because it's always been like that for me.  I'm perfectly healthy, no medical issues but for some reason I can't function properly with less sleep.

Thanks kimm!  :)

4 weeks out from meet

This didn't go well.  3:20 of sleep last night.  I need to get that fixed before things go really bad for me in my meet.  I might stack some unisom and melatonin together tonight :-\

Lowbar Squat w/ belt & wraps
   45 x 2 x 10
   95 x 5
   135 x 5
   185 x 5
   225 x 3
   275 x 1
   315 x 1
   315 x 3 @7
   335 x 3 @8
   355 x 3 @8.5
   365 x 3 @9
   375 x 3 @9.5
I need to work on my wrapping skills and the conditioning it takes to wrap without wearing myself out.  Either my legs have gotten fatter, or my wraps aren't as tight as they used to be.  I couldn't get the last wrap in on any of the sets so all were one wrap short from what I was able to get in the past.  I feel I definitely left some lbs off the bar.

CGBP
   45 x 2 x 10

   135 x 5
   165 x 3
   195 x 1
   185 x 8 @8
   195 x 8 @9
   185 x 8 @9

BOR
   135 x 5
   155 x 5
   175 x 5

Lifts look good for no sleep.

Do you count your wraps?  I've never done that, I just wrap it as tight as possible.....yes, it's very tiring.

I don't count them really, but I follow a certain pattern so they end up at a certain point.  The only part I kind of count are the wraps up.  Then it's make an X and two more wraps at the top.  I could only get one wrap at the top since I was missing about 6" to get the  last one in.

Here's how I like to wrap them.  yeah, that's my skinny chicken legs :-[

Ahh, gotcha, I wrap like another video on here, I thought you posted it in a another thread, may have been Deralta. I just wrap tight "X"s starting from the bottom until up past my knee and I run out of wrap.  Mine are 3m so they are long as phuck and take forever to wrap.

That's how I wrapped my Grippers.  The Titans are more of a casting type of wrap so no need for too many X's.  I stole this method from Lilliebridge who was using the same wraps.
