Thanks guys.  I'm trying to push as hard as I can since I'll likely be cutting after the new year.  I'm hoping to retain as much strength as I can on the cut to compete at 165 again in May.  Depending on how that goes I'll make a decision on a weight class for August.

My back has been tight the last few days so I'm happy with what I was able to do today.  I was going to try to do chest supported rows but I couldn't elevate my bench enough with my deadlift blocks.  I gassed out quicker on bench this week than on last week but was able to at least match my max from last week.

I won't start my cut until after New Years.  I have until May to get to 165.  I'm around 180 now fully bloated :D

This was not one of my better workouts.  Originally I was going to just do this one tomorrow since my office party was today.  I decided to give it a go anyway even with the bloat from eating way too much food.  Bad idea maybe, but I got stuff done.

Lowbar Squats (sleeves & belt) - 3 reps per set, @9, 5% load drop
   320 x 3 @8
   335 x 3 @8.5
   355 x 3 @9.5
   335 x 3 @9
These felt heavier today.  Feeling bloated and under-energized.

Paused Bench Press - 5 reps per set, @9, 5% load drop
   200 x 5 @7.5
   215 x 5 @8.5
   225 x 5 @10 - I was determined to get a PR today and make the session a success :P  +5lbs
   210 x 5 @8.5
   210 x 5 @8.5
   210 x 5 @9

No deadlifts today. Out of time and still feeling bloat anyway.  Usually I have to go pee a few times from drinking so much water during my workouts.  After 4 shaker bottles of water, nothing.  All in my gut.   :o

Schedule is starting to annoy me a bit.  I should have done deadlifts this past weekend like I said I would.  Maybe I should just do deadlifts on the weekend all by themselves.  I keep running out of time getting my stuff done.

I haven't weighed myself in a long time, but I had to adjust my belt out another notch.   :o  Part of the reason my squats sucked last Friday was because I couldn't take a deep enough breath to brace my core.  The weight felt like it was crushing my lungs.  I moved the belt out after a few sets today and wallah, I can breath again!

   320 x 5 @8.5

Thanks, Eric.  Sadly, no PRs today but I was able to somehow match last week's squat numbers.  I found out on the first working set that my ear infection isn't 100% healed.  As soon as I picked a heavy weight off the rack, my ear immediately clogged up and started oozing a little.  Yuck.  I trudged on and did my sets though.  I did cut it short and skipped on the deadlifts to spend time with the wife since she's going on a business trip the rest of this week.  That'll make the rest of this week's workouts fun since I'll have to do them late at night after the kids are put to bed.  Next week I'll need to change from M-W-F to T-Th-Sa thanks to work. >:(
