Thanks.  The weight's not as much as when I used to do OHPs first in the session and lower reps.  I have to keep reminding myself of that since I'm not repping plates.  One day though. :P  It's accessory also so I can't beat myself up about it.

Thanks guys!  Progress is going slower than I want but that's the norm.  I somehow switch gears when the weights get heavier and the rep-ranges drop so I'm really hoping all these set of 5 pay off for me.  I remember how down I was earlier this year when I was feeling beat-up doing sets of 5 and when I dropped to 3s I PR'd a lot.  I'll drop to 3s in mid-November and try to peak for a mock meet late December to try for my 500lb squat I wanted by the end of this year.

Yup.  Feels more comfortable and I'm able to practice leg drive better with a pause.  I'm not coordinated enough to TnG and leg drive at the same time.   :o
