Watching these vids really inspire me to push harder on my squats!

 Thanks for that!

I would call that parallel, maybe 2 green lights, maybe only 1

You're welcome  :D

I think I'll count the rep, but not the PR.  I'll get this or more at the meet. I'll have to see how I feel after my second attempt.

My Krait wraps didn't come in yet so I didn't get to compare them to my existing wraps.  I have a brand new set of Titan SGs for the meet I was going to use.  But if the Kraits feel better, I might switch.  I'll squat again up to my second attempt weight on Friday.  Tomorrow, Saturday, and Monday will be bench days.  No deadlifting until the meet.

That looked pretty much parallel but the end of the wrap makes it hard to tell for sure.

Either way great job. Your squat numbers jumped way up.  8)

DL - 375
OHP - 130

Thanks man!  Not bad for a dude with toothpick legs, huh?   8)

Kraits came in today.  They are tight!  May be the trick to adding a few more lbs on.  I tried one of the 2.5M ones on and found it was a little short for  how I wrap.  Good thing I also bought the 3M ones too.  :D

Thanks, guys!  It was a slooooow one.

Slept like shit last night.  Woke up late too but still didn't get more than 4 hours of sleep.  I'm modifying my work schedule next week to allow for more sleep leading into the meet.  No need to rush home to get workouts in before the kids come home. :D

NOTES:  Stuff felt heavy today  :o  Kraits felt good, but they are too stiff for me to put on myself.  I got a workout putting those bastards on for the one set I tried them.  I'll be sticking to Titan SGs for this meet.  Too risky to change up this late in the game.  I also managed to smash both pinky fingers on re-racks today. >:(

All done with squats until meet time.  I was going to bench tomorrow and Monday but I think I'll just bench Sunday and do some really light stuff Tuesday or Wednesday (like 50% triples).

Top sets (Titan Sgs set 1, Kraits set 2):
