First 2 reps looked great, your back was straight AF, great form man!  That 3rd rep is right there, you'll get it in no time.

Thanks, guys!

Short & sweet today.  I haven't slept right since the weekend and really didn't want to train today.  I made a deal with myself though.  If I could work up to a triple with 405 I could stop and go to my Jeep club cookout tonight.  If not, I stay home and crush myself under weights.  Mission accomplished.  8)

Lowbar Squats - w/ wraps  belt, x3
   45 x 2 x 10
   95 x 5
   135 x 5
   185 x 5
   225 x 4
   275 x 2
   315 x 1
   365 x 1

   365 x 3
   385 x 3
   405 x 3 - 30lb rep PR w/ wraps

done.

I think by this time next year I should be at my strongest of my lifetime so far.  I vaguely remember doing 4 rep sets with 405 and change before walked away from training at 29.

time for

Squats look great, how do you like the swinging arms on your rack?  Looks like they work pretty good

I like them. I can't drive my shoulders under the bar as easy but I can get it done.

Squat is the only lift I'm semi-proud of.  The other two lag behind where I feel they should be.  Making progress though.

index finger inside of the knurling.  Any further really hurts my wrists from the angle unless it's a cambered bar.

Getting ready to take another run at 385x3 on deadlift again.  No excuses since I didn't deadlift at all yet this week.

Ron- so today was squat day and I forgot my kraits, but had my inzer xt's in my bag so I figured I'd use them.   It is was shocking that I was ever able to use them.  They were very uncomfortable and offered very little support, and I had them cranked down....so tight I have line bruising across the back of my knees, no wonder you were trying to give away your wraps, lol.

Edit- inzer iron z, not xt

Yup.  they hurt like hell to the point I was thinking about the pain and not the lift.  Other wraps I've used provided more support without tearing up the backs of my knees.
