Nice squat numbers Ron. I'm def. jealous.

I can feel ya on the rushed for time thing. I workout on my lunch break and am always watching the clock.

Competition Deadlift, Bench Accessory, Squat Primary
Weight:  175.2

Conventional Deadlift - Beltless, one rep every minute
305 x 13 (was only supposed to be 12 sets, but I'm still figuring this interval app out)
CGBP
   155 x 8 @ 7
   165 x 8 @ 8
   155 x 8 @ 7.5
   155 x 8 @ 8.5
303 Tempo Squat - Brutal from pervious deadlifts.  I couldn't handle near the weight I did when I had these first in my workouts.  A smart man would have dropped the weight but I refuse to squat less than two plates now for a working set.
   225 x 6 @ 8
   225 x 6 @ 8.5
   225 x 6 @ 9
   200 x 6 @ 8.5 (I lied.  I had to do at least 4 sets though)
GHR - pushup assisted
   bw x 6
   bw x 6
   bw x 6

I haven't put many training videos up, but I'm going to start again with this to elicit any help that may improve my pathetic pulls.

Wednesday, bench, deficit deadlift, front squats

Competition Bench, Deadlift Primary, Squat Accessory
Weight: 173.5

Bench Press (paused)
   210 x 5 @ 9.5
   200 x 5 @ 8.5
   200 x 5 @ 8.5
   200 x 5 @ 9.5
Sumo Deadlift (beltless) (back still feeling Monday's deads so I gave the back a break with these)
   185 x 3
   225 x 3 @ 7
   255 x 3 @ 8
   275 x 3 @ 9
Front Squats - These actually felt pretty good today.  Weak, but good.
   155 x 8 @ 7
   165 x 8 @ 8
   155 x 8 @ 7.5
   155 x 8 @ 8
GHR - Pushup assisted
   bw x 8
   bw x 8
   bw x 8

Meh, slept like shit.  Skipped a meal. Worked out late.  Drove in a car for about 5 hours.  I guess I couldn't expect much out of this one.

Competition Squat, Bench Primary, Deadlift Accessory
Lowbar Squat w/ sleeves & belt
325 x 3 @ 10 farted on 2nd rep and it messed up my concentration.  Shorts stayed intact.
   325 x 3 @ 10 tried again, same result minus the farting.
   295 x 5 @ 9.5
   275 x 5 @ 9
TnG Bench Press
   195 x 6 @ 8.5
   210 x 3 hit upright so I racked it.
   210 x 6 @ 9.5
   200 x 6 @ 9
RDL
   185 x 8
   225 x 8
   225 x 8
   225 x 8

have a great weekend folks!

Nice work in here.

Good luck with the new job next week.

Don't let the commute mess with your training.  Mind over matter bro.

Thanks Flex!  I've done it before when I was working out at a gym before.  I now have options to do stuff at home too so there will no excuses.

Just some light stuff to get me through the weekend without feeling too lazy.

Front squats:  135 x 8 x 4 sets
superset chins(assisted) w/ dips
   bw x 10 x 3 sets
superset OHP w/ BOR:  3x10
   OHP: 85lbs / BOR: 135lbs

Front squats are starting to feel more and more natural the more I do them.  I feel a lot more quad doing these over lowbar squats.  I can get way lower than with my lowbar, wide-stance squats too.  It feels pretty cool to have my hamstrings touch my calves each rep.

Chins are once again tough.  Everytime I stop doing them daily I lose progress on them.  I had to use band assistance on them today. :(

Thanks guys.  They were ugly reps though.  Depth was questionable and I felt myself leaning forwards too much.

Pay no mind to that pudge sticking out above the belt.  That's 10lbs of power gained and none of it is muscle.  All fuel.  I'm not stopping my bulk until I hit my 1000lbs be it 181 or 198.

3rd was a tad shallow, rest looked good. I'll trade you 10 bodyweight chins for a single 325 squat ;D

I'd be willing to throw 10 reps in the pot for another single 325 squat rep.  ;D

   205 x 3 @ 8
   215 x 3 @ 9
   205 x 3 @ 8
   205 x 3 @ 8
   205 x 3 @ 8.5
   205 x 3 @ 8.5
   205 x 3 @ 9
4.5" block pull, beltless

Ran out of time for front squats.  With the new job I may need to shuffle stuff around to make time for all the exercises.  I'm considering going to 6 days instead of 3.
