Good luck in your meet Ron.  Sorry to hear about your hip pain.  Hopefully they'll let you switch to the Push/Pull option.
If you don't find the limit you don't have to answer that question...you have no limit.

Thanks guys. It's official. I'll be doing push pull this time. If you don't squat, did you even compete?

Anyway, after this meet I'm actually going to try a chiropractor. Never been to one but willing to try anything.

Messed up my hip somehow and it hasn't been healing. Hit my intended opener Monday and it felt like someone stuck a knife in it. I've been nursing it since end of last year.

I did feel bad about not squatting.  I had a choice of squatting very little and going full power, or changing my entry to Ironman Push/Pull.  Looking back, I think I'd have rather squatted a little and passed on attempts 2 and 3 if I had to.

Still on my 1st beer, but it is a 32oz mug :D:P :beerchug:
