Doing a modified 5/3/1 this year. Modified to what? Basically I'm doing 5/3/1/1/Deload, step and repeat. Liking it so far.
This journal is starting today, as I have no desire to go back and put in stuff from before today. I'm open to comments, suggestions, feedback, humor, and friendship. I try not to take myself too seriously, although I'm probably too serious most of the time.
