nice bench press for not having done it in a long time. cgpb was messing with my elbows the other day. what a vicious lift

Thanks Andrew. I prefer DB bench just wanted a change this week. No more CGBP either.

Hey guys. Things are great, thanks for asking. I'm still here just doing more reading than posting. I missed the gym all last week due to a nasty cold but I did visit 2 of the 4 new gyms I joined near home over the week between Christmas and New Years.

Now I'm back at the regular gym and hitting it harder than before. I split my workout into 4 days now -
Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday - Back/bi's
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Chest/tri's

I even went in yesterday, Wednesday, on my day off and did cardio, abs and some tricep work. I am hitting biceps every day, at least 3 sets, for the next month. Trying to see if my arms will respond.
I also tightened my diet up and am attempting to get to the 10-12% BF range.

Thanks. I'm gonna give it all I got. Actually it's funny because I just got back from having wings and fries with my buddy and my son and grandsons. I ate 10 wings and maybe 1/3 order of steak fries and I feel so full. Probably due to the fries. I don't like this feeling and probably won't eat the fries next time. Guess I'm improving already. lol Oh, and I drank water. 👍🏽

Yessir, I am still plugging away. Missed most of last week due to being off for snow but I more than made up for it with snow and ice removal.

I've been doing a "bicep every workout" thing for the last 6-7 weeks. I missed all of last week due to snow though. I usually do preacher curls up to 85 lbs but didn't today due to noticing some strain on the bicep I messed up last year. I figured better safe than sorry.

This was my last chest session. I've been trying to work my way back up on the flat DB bench. Starting to get there.

I was doing flat bench DB pullovers with 80s but since switching to incline the 80s were too heavy and putting unwanted strain on my shoulders.
