I bought myself some synthol to bring up my arms.

I was a minor elf in the whole process.  I'm interested in how well the slingshot feels for you.  Always have a fast spotter around when you get to the heavy stuff.  I've noticed that doing Close Grip bench with it, you can lose it when trying to lift off the weight. 

I'll take a few pics/vids of different ways I hang/utilize the bands for Benching.  If you have any questions or thoughts, ask away.

Awesome gifts. I'm learning to love bands for accessory workouts. Just used the slingshot for the first time the other day, I liked it, totally improves your form on bench.
