Mr. Joel, calling me out. (kinda :) )

I still train, I just don't keep a journal.
My cat was sick for over 2.5 years...I had to put her down 6 weeks or so ago.
I've had a few new jobs but went back to looking after teens with mental health issues.
My new job has me working crazy hours and my time journalling would be inconsistent at best.
My lower back has deteriorated quite a bit the last few years, this last winter was the worst. Sucked the spirit out of my training because of the constant pain.
I'm recently dealing with the fact I cannot leg press anymore, not even a plate/side. but I can still squat! :)

I've switched to maintaining my muscle mass and avoiding any more decline of my back.
I now do cardio first every day, only after will I train. That sucks, but like kimsquit said...more is not better, only better is better.

I look after 2 kids, one is mentally ill, the other is non-verbal and is mentally and physically handicapped.
The last one is a big chore for me even though the 1st is more of a handful.

I will stew on your invitation
and see if it can be done properly.

Who knows, maybe I needed to.
