Got a new PR on squats with no belt and no wraps @ 445lbs Thursday.
Yesterday, I ventured into new territory on two exercises:
I did some pulldowns @ 255 for 3 sets of 5 reps. Some heavy shit right there.
Then I loaded up 230 lbs per side on the Hammer strength row for 3 sets of 5 as well, then somehow pulled off 6 reps on my last set.
Three 45s, two 35s, and one 25 on each side.
