My routine as of late is 2 scoops protein powder first thing (since I wake up ravenous) then something beef based shortly after.

Like 150g ground beef in 1/2 cup (dry) quick cook oats, mixed with pumpkin pic spice. Yum!

When I remember to make it steel cut oats a bit of pork sausage and 1/3 lb ground bison is a great breakfast. Hmm, maybe I'll fix that tomorrow morning.

Overnight Oats is a great breakfast!  You can add whatever toppings and flavourings you like, such as fruit, peanut butter, etc.

Cals: 342, Fat 3, Protein 22,  Carbs 72

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:  Combine the oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a bowl or jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in the desired mix-ins and enjoy!

Had beef & oats. Since I can't smell or tase anything, I skipped the pumpkin pie spice.

Haven't had spam since I was a kid.

Never really liked it.

I used to like that tinned corn beef though.  Haven't had it since I was a kid either...
