I've been a die hard bacon eggs and toast 7 days a week guy for years. When I bought a thin cut top sirloin to make jerky with recently, I realized I could probably just grab a couple more, slice them into breakfast sized portions and have steak and eggs erryday.

Will cost me about $.50 more a day, but be leaner with more protein.

Of course when I decided on this plan I went back to find no more of the big flat cut sirloins.  ::)
