Three eggs(over easy), two strips of thick cut bacon, fried extra crispy.

And coffee.

Probably my first and last post in the thread. The only consistency in my life is breakfast, everything else seems to change daily.

After my workout I had:

1 scoop of ON whey protein, 1 scoop of ON casein protein, frozen strawberries and water blended.
6 oz. vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 cup granola

This is what I eat every morning at work after my workout in the morning.

Lame, I know, but I can't eat before I workout, and I don't have time to go home and cook afterwards.

Exactly the same breakfast every day apart from it is either 6 - 8 or 10 whole eggs.

6 large eggs.
Cup spinach
4 mushrooms
Cheddar cheese slice
100g smoked bacon pieces.
Brown sauce.
2 slices of plain sunflower and linseed toast
Mug of tea.

If I have a bad day with nutrition I can always rely on getting a good start to the fats and protonz early on.

Week days it has to be quick and easy so either porridge & a shake or scrambled eggs and maybe some fruit.
Weekends I often pop to local deli for a full english.
