You're looking at Boards. The Bench and weights have been there since opening in October, but the owner (at my request) purchased the boards. All of varying thickness, for use in a 1 board, 2 board, 3 board.... Press. You have someone hold the board on your chest when you bench, thus limiting the range of motion. two things happen. One, you can use more weight. Two, you are now working your triceps heavily.
lmao!! now it makes sense, to tell you the truth I had no idea that was a bench, I hadn't seen one like that and my brain wasn't processing it right. And now that I see they are stacked boards with paddles I comprendo! lol
Fancy stuff there, we always used a piece of 2x4 and 4x4 and some A-hole would always smack you in the chest with it when they set it down.
