The plan was to get into briefs and then suit up.

Couldn't get the briefs to seat properly, and they kept forcing my knees in.  500 moved quick, regardless.  Depth was an issue, as the further down I went, the more the briefs lockedup and forced my knees in.

Went to 600, and worked my way into the suit.  Un-racked it 4 times, and re-racked it each time, as something just didn't feel proper.  So, to avoid risking an injury, I opted out of it.  So, no briefs for now, unless I lose about 10 lbs to get into them.

All things considered, I felt good about it.

Until I got home, and my Lower Back lit up with pain when I got out of the car.
Still tender this morning, hoping that it's just irritated and inflamed.  ice it tonight and then relax to let it recover.

training has been interrupted for the past week.
Saturday was a trip to Long Island to judge (nothing like watching a 905lb raw squat in sleeves), and a Multi-ply opener at 1020lbs.
arrived home at 430 am on Sunday, and had to work.

Usually would train tonight, but it's Sabrina's birthday.  Thursday, meeting up with a few guys, and really testing out the Suit and Wraps.  Looking at 650lbs.

However, my Lower Back is still grumpy from last week.

This week, I'll get Thursday and Saturday to train.

tough going, but other than being tired, I feel good.
