The hardest part, is that I just run out of air, and get winded if I go too fast.  Doc said everything was back to normal, except for lung capacity.

Have to do cardio vascular exercise to get that back sooner.  But then I'd have to do Cardio...

Saturday, Little Man and I hit the gym for Back day.

I hadn't slept well, or eaten yet, so Deads felt like a truckload. worked up to 445 for 3, and was winded.  Littel Man did good, pulling 65 for an easy 3. and then hitting pul-ups, rows, and leg presses.

Tonight, should be Bench night, unless I score a Power Rack, then, I'll spend my night picking that up.

No training last night or tonight.  Scored a Power Tec Powerrack, a Bench Press (w/leg attachment), ez-curl bar, two straight bars, weight tree, and 375lbs in plates, for $550.  The rack brand new, is $800.  So, with the additional plates I have in the RPS Trailer, I can squat 600lbs at home. :)

Just need to get the Mats for the home Gym. :)

Wow great deal! I have the powertec rack and it’s been great. I drilled holes through the base and bolted it down to my platform, solid

Finally setting up the Rack and Bench this weekend.  Been so damn busy.

Last night, was Bench Night.  Worked up to a quick 275 single, put on the slingshot, and went 3x315, 1x365, and then put on the shirt to hit 405 for a Single.

Feeling better and getting the strength back.

We still haven't set up the Rack and Bench Yet.  Problem one, is that I have a fishtank sitting in the garage. can't move that into place, until I have a place for it. Haven't foudn a place for it, yet, because I haven't had time to fully square away my office...

Any ways, Last night was Squat night. and I put the suit back on.  Just suit and Belt, no briefs, or wraps.  55lb bar, and worked up to a double at 595.  Second rep, the bar rolled off my back, at the bottom.  Luckily I was close and my spotters eased it right into the straps. never scared me, just really surprised me.  Added a pair of quarters, and green bands from the top, and took 645lbs for a ride.  Current Body weight is 262lbs.

Feeling much better, but likely still waiting until later in the year to compete.

Bench Night last Night.

Worked up to a 315 Raw Single, and then jumped into the shirt.

365x4 to a 3 board
405x3 to a 3 board
425 x1.5 to a 3 board (Couldn't lock the 2nd rep).  Took two more attempts, hitting 425 to a 3 board for 1.5 reps.  Hit the first one, missed the second one.

Feeling much better.

Last week, the 18th, I benched.
Wednesday, I had Errands. Thursday night, I had to deliver equipment for a Charity Powerlifting Meet.  Friday night, I was setting up for the Meet. Saturday, I was working the Meet. Sunday, I was working the store.
Monday, I made it to the gym, only to realize I had left my Gear in the house, and couldn't work out.
Finally, I made it there last night, and Worked Bench.

Couldn't get the Shirt to sit right, for 365, and 385.  Got it sorted and smoked a 405 Bench.

Need to spend a considerable amount of time building my shoulders and triceps for the Lockout.

Tonight, is Cleaning, Tomorrow is Back Night, Saturday is Squats.

Squats felt great today.
Worked up to 595lb for a single. Suit and Belt, no knee wraps.

Realized this week, that this is the first time in well over a year, that I haven't felt sick or had allergies or nasal issues.  I can breathe, and actually lift heavy things.

At some point in the near future, I'll get the briefs on, and the knee wraps and push the limits.

Deads have felt like crap lately.  Anything over 500 feels like a truck load.

Bench has been going very nice.  Still learning the shirt and how it works.  Last night, hit a 315 single, shirted up, and hit an easy 365, then 405, then just missed a 430 at lockout.

Tomorrow is Squat night.  Stepping into the briefs and suit, maybe wrapping, still working on how to use this stuff.

Vids on the IG page.
