yesterday i did 3 x 20 minutes cardio at a slightly higher intensity
broke work-out into 3 parts as well and increased volume in 2 areas
lost another 5 lbs in my sleep but my skin did not catch up yet

ate approx. 500gr. carbs and got leaner

been doing as if a job
odd to think how modest my plans were 2 or so years ago
this was only meant to be an accessory
ensure i had the energy, confidence, presentability for whatever i found for the rest of my life
this is the only part that met with any success

i have this time now
i thought it would take 3-5 years to get to 215lbs @8% BF
at this rate, it could happen inside of a year
i wish it was enough because its all i have

If I'm not sprinting for cardio, I like to ruck march, I'll throw about 50-60 LBS in a ruck and walk for 10-12 miles. I also like running steps. Here in kansas I haven't found a good place to ruck at tho. I mostly like hills and other obsticles to go over.

If I'm not sprinting for cardio, I like to ruck march, I'll throw about 50-60 LBS in a ruck and walk for 10-12 miles. I also like running steps. Here in kansas I haven't found a good place to ruck at tho. I mostly like hills and other obsticles to go over.

my buddy wants me to hiking for 4 days with him and some freinds next month. I would like to go but I'm not sure where brokeback mountain is.

I tried hiking with some friends from work last November and nearly died. My cardio is pretty good for a 300 lber, but I'm not made for climbing boulders and shit lol. I wish I was, because lower mainland British Columbia has a lot of mountains/hikes!
Best lifts:
Bench- 380, Squat- 365, Deadlift 505
Honourable mention- Incline bar 350
