just a quick update, still pushing hard....what's new though
Adjusting my program to powerlifting / bb'ing. My PL, program is 12 weeks with 3 cycles, today was the last day of cycle one, so I'll be dropping down next week and starting again and hopefully hitting 415 for triples by the end of that 4 weeks.

405x2.5, almost got my triple, tried to hard on the 3rd rep, boosted my ass off the bench, got on my toes, wrists slightly rolled foward and form went to shit so I missed rep 3.

BB program...yes, the weights are incredibly light, but trust me, after destroying chest with the first exercise trying to do 10 sets with only 10 seconds between sets is rough....along with a really messed up right elbow and left shoulder.
