Seriously good lifting sessions and you're moving some heavy ass weights. Glad the elbows are feeling good.
I have to ask....how does one get a hamstring cramp from doing pullups  :o

lol, I wish I knew, I guess I'm flexing my hams to help keep my lower body from swinging. I'm not sure though and it's really annoying.

605x1...good pull...little bit of a grinder, but I'm happy I locked it out after already almost pulling a single at that weight, most times if I fail 605, I will usually fail the 2nd attempt even worse.

then you have to pull out the big guns with a hot toddy. 1 1/2 shots whiskey, 1 tablespoon honey, couple drops of lemon and then hot water to the top of a coffee cup. That should take care of the cough. A couple of them and you won't care about a cough  ;D
