Seriously good lifting sessions and you're moving some heavy ass weights. Glad the elbows are feeling good.
I have to ask....how does one get a hamstring cramp from doing pullups  :o

lol, I wish I knew, I guess I'm flexing my hams to help keep my lower body from swinging. I'm not sure though and it's really annoying.

605x1..failed lock out, bar got out infront of me and I lost it
605x1...good pull...little bit of a grinder, but I'm happy I locked it out after already almost pulling a single at that weight, most times if I fail 605, I will usually fail the 2nd attempt even worse.
