If I had the space I'd have bought one instead of the bike.
More of a full body workout.
I was waiting on id since i know he has one but im not feeling the love lately
I found out they have one at the city rec where i belong so i need to figure a way to get up there and try it out i guess.
my bil goes there all the time so i asked him to try it out and he did not like the seat on the unit at all said it was way to small (made for a woman were his words)
Just saw this......what do you want to know? I think it is the single best (indoor) piece of cardio equip you can buy. (concept II). If you dont like it, they hold their value quite well and probably can sell it and only lose $100 or so.
I would recommend them to anyone. Quiet too. Much more so then a treadmill. I enjoy it....I need to do it more often. My wife has really taken off on it and rows much more then I. She is just about to pass into the 1,000,000 meter club. (you get cards that hold all your data and it keeps track of individual workouts...etc).
The unit is VERY flexible and you can increase intensity without adjusting anything. If you pull harder, it just resists more. (just like rowing in real life). This makes interval workouts very easy.
On the size issue, it folds right in half and takes up very little space. (we leave ours out extended all the time though)
