I think you had enough on bench for 330 and easily another 10 on squats.

Kicked ass all the way around on this meet, Bando!

Thanks Guys  :D

Did it look like I left some in the tank? Was nervous since I haven't lifted heavy in almost 8 weeks. Went with small PR's for 2nd attempts, then went ahead and got a little more reckless and got 9/9

It looks to me like you picked perfect numbers... maybe a couple pounds in the tank, maybe not. But the fact is you did get 9/9 and PRs for every lift.

Broke records.

Not exactly a day to walk from wondering if you had more in ya, enjoy the wins and for the love of god, don't defile the certificate(s)....

My last push/pull I did exactly the same with the small PRs on my second lifts... good strategy.

Thanks everyone! Feel like I was in a train wreck today but it's all good.

Looking back I really dodged a bullet on my weight. I thought I could come in at 181.9, but if you're 181.1 you're over (I was 180.4 naked). A girl in my club was mad that she had to compete in a higher class when when she was .4 over.

Looking at my attempts, the only thing I would change is opening with a 300 dead. That was too low, but I think, like you all said that I made some good choices. Club Prez missed all his 3rd attempts and trained hard for this. I guess every dog has his day and yesterday was mine.

I'll just be a spectator, lift off man and cameraman at Spring Supremacy, but I plan to strap the singlet up again in August for the NYS Championships in Buffalo.

Way to go!  I knew you'd do well and you killed it  8)

Yeah, I noticed that before, the weight classes are conversions over from kgs so they're all a little different .1 .8 .whatever  :P

That's interesting, regarding weight, as it's listed right in the RPS Rule Book, that the 181 class, is actually 181.88 lbs.

I've not yet been close enough to pull that out and use it, but I have printed it and had it ready.
