7 confirmed and 2 maybes from my club. My son is still not committing, we're training together the next 2 sessions so I'll gauge him a bit more.

Really wanna push the matching singlets, they are $80 each but we have basically a bottomless pit of $ to pull from.

Sounds fun... plan to post training vids and/or your goals here?

I was thinking a 1,050 total would be nice. Right now at 7 weeks I out I am at 1,010. I squatted 330 today (PR), pause benched 315 Monday and Deadlifted 365 Saturday. I don't deadlift year round but hit 410 in my comp last Feb, going to run this quick simple little program to get it back up:

https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/6-week-squat-bench-or-deadlift-program

I should get the 1,050 easy and am looking at opening with 300, 275, 340

Am shooting for 350, 322.5, 415 for a 1,087.5.

Am shooting for 350, 322.5, 415 for a 1,087.5.

anyone care to guess why I'm shooting for such an odd bench max?
Because Flex benched 320. and the 2.5 is the next closes mark you can hit to beat him.
Do not fear The Iron, for it does not care.
The Iron is Resolute in Purpose, Steadfast in Intent, Unwavering in Desire, and Immovable in Stature.
Unless acted upon by a Superior Force.
