It sounds like you had a great day.  I had three other friend in the Mix today. Katrina went 325/210/355 at 155.  Brad hit a 400+ bench at 198.  Jamie (from Fairhaven Fitness) hit a 600lb bench.

Everyone had an awesome day.

Serious congrats 1MR!

Do you run any specific training programs during your meet prep?  Wendler 531, Cube.. etc..?

Curious..

I ran Wendler's for 15 months at one point, did well with it, could have been better if I ate correctly (more).

Strongly considering Cube for the next 12-14 weeks or so... test it out.

Thoughts?

I use for the bench a Monster Garage Gym team protocol. Go to their website and download their excel spreadsheet. For squat is a modified Conjugate from Westside and deadlift I did the Al Caslow routine from the Elitefts. I put a solid 40 lbs on my deadlift. I was stuck in the 500-515 for over a year.

By the way...I trained every other day giving a break to my body to recover between sessions. In other word (for example) bench Sunday, Squat Wednesday, bench Friday, deadlift Sunday and so on. Plenty of rest, plenty of training, and great results. Just to show that there are many ways to achieve success for those bitching about Juggernauts, the cube, Westside, 5/3/1, etc
