Squats and shoulders. Weird half racks for squats, tomorrow will be my last day in that gym, thank goodness.

There was a legit 10/10 IG model class girl in there tonight, of course working her glutes the whole time  ::)

I appreciate the free week but when they ask why I didn't join they're going to get an earful.

Went to orthopedist for the knee/X-Rays, nothing torn, just bruising on the bone. Said I can squat light but I'll skip to week 2 and deadlift tomorrow as that should be easier on the knee, still hurts like fuk
