Thanks. My upper work has been going quite well and I'm improving almost every session. Deads are good too and even my squat is going up so I'll take it.


Did week 2 day 3 of 531 today. Deadlifts went well. Hammie's are fried now. Gonna go walk it off with my horse.

I was way out of breath bu rep 10 but sucked it up and pulled 1 more. Legs were pooched by the time I got to leg curls and the final set was junk but I got my 12 reps. A good session overall and I'm happy with it. I'm hoping to hit 10 reps on my 1+ set nest week at 415 but we'll see. May be wishful thinking.
